·         Conduct analytical research, training, vulnerability threat assessments, and business intelligence services. 


Honeywell Defense and Space Logistics – Program Manager 2; Subject Matter Expert of Threat Assessments

·         Served as an on-call subject matter expert for threat

assessments. Conducted vulnerability threat assessments and then researched and presented the analysis, strategies, and techniques to eliminate/manage threats.


G4S Compliance and Investigations – Investigator

·         Conducted covert surveillance within the District of

Columbia, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and New York to determine the presence of fraud in assigned cases.

·         Successfully completed casework; updated personal

information, etc. Utilized various investigative, techniques, composed reports, and researched court records. 


Metropolitan Police Department, Washington, DC – Police Officer

Conducted overall Law Enforcement Duties in Uniformed Patrol Division which include:

·         Make arrests when in the presence of a Reserve

Patrol Officer Level I or a career sworn member;

events and details;

·         Prepare Department reports;

of the Army National Guard with the development and implementation of Army Emergency Management Program.

·         Served as a subject matter expert; developed,

monitored, and executed a strategy to promulgate policy, guidance, training materials, community preparedness resources, to 14 State Army National Guard Commands in Midwest and Northeast Regions

·         Conducted all-hazard risk management process to

supplement emergency operations plans; developed, reviewed, edited, and advised-on multiple jurisdiction’s emergency operations plans and emergency action plans.

East Central Pennsylvania Task Force – Luzerne County, EMA- Counterterrorism Planning Specialist

·         Trained civilian responder on tactics, techniques and

procedures using CBRN detection equipment, sample collection, mitigation/remediation, characterization and site exploitation, decontamination, and emergency response training to various response agencies.

·         Conducted site scene characterization and

exploitation, evidence preservation process including using FBI taught techniques to photograph, collect, and document evidence.

·         Competed Department of Homeland Security’s

OPVAL MGT- 336 Threat Assessment Course

·         Created situational reports, ICS documents and

common operating pictures; managed and operated multiple computer-based information and communication tools during Hurricane Irene and Lee Response.

·         Quasi-Managed Luzerne County Emergency

Management Agency Emergency Operations Center during response to 2011 floods.

·         Coordinated preparedness requirements; managed

individual training and team training programs; reformed the training concept within the team by effectively implementing interagency focused training plans while exercising team’s mission essential tasks.
